corrects and affects the symphathetic and para-sympathetic nervous system and
eventually improving whole body’s functions and Systems. Needless to say that
their correct functioning is attributed as the Arogya in the Aurveda and Health
in modern Medical Science terminology.
The word Yoga, is derived from ‘Yuj’
which means union, this union is empirical-self to Supreme Self. This existence
is devoid of impurities and is essential nature or pure nature or a immortal
existence. Or in mundane world it is a disease free existence or full of Arogya.
Yogic practices in the form of therapy and Sadhana are intending for the
balanced physical and blissful spiritual existence. This is also the modern
concept of health as according to WHO health is not merely physical well being
ness but spiritual blissfulness. Fulfilling the aforesaid Yoga involves simple
and friendly practies as its course and assures all its aspirants for mental and
spiritual attainments which is lying in its core philosophy.

are paying attention towards the holistic approach for the treatment. It has
been observed that a combination or group of the therapies of traditional and
modern medicines are more effectively serving the purpose of cure. Yoga among
traditional systems, stands foremost as preventive and promotive therapy for
ailments and supporting physical, mental and spiritual well being.
